1. Who We Are

AYK Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the website ayktech.in and builds fintech apps and digital tools, including SaveSense and the wider PaisaBook suite. This policy explains what data ayktech.in collects, why, and how it is handled.

2. Contact Form Data

When you submit our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message. This information is sent via email (through our SMTP provider) directly to our support inbox, support@ayktech.in, so we can respond to you.

We do not store contact form submissions in a database — they exist only as the email sent to our support inbox and in your own sent-mail record.

3. Analytics

ayktech.in uses a lightweight, first-party analytics endpoint that logs anonymized event names (e.g. "page viewed", "contact form submitted"), the page path, and a timestamp to our server logs, purely to understand which features and tools people find useful. We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use minimal browser storage (cookies and/or local storage) for essential site functionality — such as remembering your theme preference and enabling the installable web-app experience. See our Cookie Policy for full details. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

5. Labs & Calculator Tools

All calculators and tools under /labs (EMI, SIP, tax, unit conversion, PDF tools, etc.) run entirely in your browser. Numbers you enter into these tools are never sent to our servers — calculations happen locally on your device.

6. WhatsApp Chat

The WhatsApp button on our site opens a chat with our team via wa.me. Any conversation you have with us on WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.

7. Progressive Web App (PWA)

ayktech.in can be installed as a Progressive Web App. Installing it caches site assets on your device for faster loading and offline access to previously visited pages — this cache stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

8. No Selling of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and tools are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
